1. North American Health Care, Inc. (“NAHCI”) Commitment to Privacy.  This notice describes NAHCI’s privacy policy.  NAHCI’s privacy policy is designed to advise the site user (“User”) about how NAHCI collects, uses, and protects the personal information provided.  By visiting this site, User is accepting the practices described in this privacy policy.
   
   
2. What Information is Collected?
   
   

   1. Information Provided to NAHCI:  NAHCI collects any information entered on its site, or that is given to NAHCI in any other way.   A User can choose not to provide certain information, but the User may not be able to take advantage of the site’s services and features.

Automatic Information:  When a User visits the website, the User discloses certain information, such as the User’s Internet Protocol (IP) address and the time of the User’s visit, which is automatically provided to NAHCI.  This site, like many other sites, records this basic information about visits to the site.

3. How and When the Information is Used.  The information NAHCI collects is used for administering its business activities, which includes monitoring traffic and site activity in order to improve the performance and content of the site.
    
4. How NAHCI Protects Information.  The privacy and protection of information is important to NAHCI.  NAHCI does not make any personal information available to third parties without permission.
   
   Access to some services and content may be password protected.  If so, NAHCI advises that the User should not disclose the password to anyone.  In addition, NAHCI recommends the User to sign out of password-protected services at the end of the session.

Methods We Use to Protect Information.  NAHCI uses security software to protect the confidentiality of personal information.  In addition, NAHCI’s business practices are reviewed periodically for compliance with policies and procedures governing the security and confidentiality of the information.  NAHCI’s business practices limit employee access to confidential information, and limit the use and disclosure of such information to authorized persons.
   
   
6. Children.  This website does not provide services or sell products to children under the age of 18.
   
   
7. Consent.  By using the website, User consents to the collection and use of personal information as described in this Privacy Policy.
   
   
8. Changes to Privacy Policy.  If this Privacy Policy or procedures change, NAHCI will immediately post the changes on the website.  Any such changes will be effective immediately upon being posted, unless otherwise stated in the change.
